 Q: Do you have a retail store?

 A: We only an online store at the time but we also attend pop-up events! Just make sure you stay updated if we are at any in your area!

Q: How can we want do a return/exchange?

Ordering/Order Status Questions:

Q: Will there be a Order/Shipping Confirmation?

A: There should be an automated order confirmation email after your order is placed and a separate shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order is shipped. Note: If there is any questions or concerns, please use the CONTACT form or email us at: hcoxclothing@gmail.com

Q: Can I use multiple codes when placing my order?

A: We only allow one code per order.

Q: Can I change/cancel my order once I submit it?

A: We ship worldwide!

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Orders are usually processed and ship within 5-10 business days. We try to get orders fulfilled as soon as we can and if there is any delay, we will contact you to let you know as soon as possible. Note: Shipping does vary depending on shipping destination and during the holiday season. We appreciate your patience.
